Welcome To Our De Freitas & Ryan Monthly "E" News Update
As you may recall, in our previous newsletter I mentioned that our company had experienced some difficulty in relation to the growth of our business and that we needed to make some hard decisions and look at the overall structure of our management team. As a result we have made some new staffing appointments and fine tuned our business in the areas that needed attention, both to address our present concerns and to further harness our strengths and opportunities.

Now what we have done is appoint a new Trust Manager who has had many years experience in both the management of residential and commercial properties and is a specialist in trust strata management. We are very fortunate to have someone of Lee’s caliber in control of our trust management.
Welcome Aboard Lee Cochrane
We have made a decision to promote Michelle Shipton to head of Property Management, so both our residential and commercial portfolios can benefit from her experience. We are excited about this appointment and it is one that is particularly welcomed by all our hard working property managers both commercial and residential.
Too assist with the workload in both our residential and commercial management portfolios, we have welcomed three new members of staff. We look forward to Alana, Lutfun and Fiona all settling in and becoming integral members of our team.

Last but not least, due to the volume of calls coming into our business and the immediate assistance required by our clients we have added a new receptionist to our front desk. We are pleased to have appointed Wynsome Fleeton as our “director of first impressions” and again we are looking forward to her being a valuable member of the team at De Freitas & Ryan

So now that Rod, Dalena and I have solved Australia’s unemployment problem, we are confident that our Real Estate service to our valued clientele will again prove to be second to none. We realise that business doesn’t stand still and we will continue to monitor our management to ensure our clients receive that best service available in Real Estate.
