The year of the pot hole
I sat down with my business partner Rod Ryan the other day and we had a bit of a “chuckle” about our 2011 calendar year and how we were finishing the year with Christmas being just around the corner. We both laughed when Rod said “Mig, if there was a pot hole in the road we’d hit it”. However, whilst it may have slowed us down a little, I am thrilled with the resilience shown by all our people who have all contributed in the further growth of our business and our brand again this year.
Opposition companies appear to have made major cutbacks and in some cases either merged or unfortunately ceased trading. Due to the strong foundation we have built and as a result of the wonderful support of our loyal clientele, we have actually grown in all divisions of our company. Our staff too have been wonderfully supportive and their loyalty is being rewarded through profit sharing and future business opportunity within our organisation.
Our new Business Partners Travis, Dalena and young “Buddy” Lindstrom
On the Fourth of January next year De Freitas and Ryan will open for business in the city of Perth with Travis Lindstrom as our Licensee. Travis will be supported by his lovely wife and our General Manager Dalena Lindstrom and some new members of staff. The office will sell, lease and manage residential, commercial and strata property, as well as handling the sale of businesses. We are looking forward to getting the office up and running and beginning to carve out an increasing market share in what we see as a fantastic Real Estate opportunity.
