Welcome to our De Freitas & Ryan Monthly E-News Update.
In our June e-newsletter, we informed you of the appointment of Rod Searle of Rod Searle Real Estate under the De Freitas & Ryan umbrella. It’s only early days however, it is extremely satisfying to witness how Rod has embraced the ideals and culture of our company and the enthusiasm that he has displayed since joining with us.
It is great being associated with highly motivated, ethical and professional people and we look forward to a long association with Rod Searle.
Some months ago, Miguel and Rod felt it was time for us to ’raise the bar’ in regard to our advertising, promotion and overall marketing of both our client’s properties and our own brand of De Freitas & Ryan Property Consultants.
It was decided that we would not only draw on the expertise of the people within our own organisation but that we search for a particular type of person who would assist us in improving our marketing standards without altering the culture and direction of our business.
Miguel and Rod are proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Milton Coombe to our sales and marketing division and we see this as a major step forward for our young company.
Milton has spent many years with a large national marketing company and has been instrumental in the growth of a number of leading real estate organisations throughout Australia.
Milton hasn’t wasted any time in getting a ’handle’ on our current marketing programs and he has already put things in place to benefit our clients and our business.
It will be interesting to see the benefits flow through and measure the overall performance of the highly skilled marketing practices put in place by Milton Coombe. We are extremely excited with Milton’s appointment and believe it will be beneficial to all, particularly those people who entrust the marketing of their properties to De Freitas & Ryan.
