New office opening soon in Perth

It's Been Another Big Week In Real Estate

Property Blog - Week 159
By Rod Ryan and Dalena Lindstrom

I just realised that in two weeks time it will be Christmas Eve and Santa will be arriving very, very soon. We’ve all been very, very good boys and girls here at De Freitas & Ryan in what has been a really big year in Real Estate and a very successful one for our clients as well. We’ve had some rather large “pats on the back” lately from some of our clients and it makes all the hard work we do really worthwhile.

Here You Go Kids

Christmas is a special time of year and a time when we reflect on just how fortunate we are to live in such a wonderful country with such wonderful people. Some of those people need a helping hand and that’s why every time De Freitas & Ryan sell or lease a property part of the proceeds go to the kids at Princess Margaret Hospital.

Grahame Getting Started For The Day

We’ve been exceptionally busy in all divisions of our company with some excellent results still coming through. Graham has been here since 7am this morning for what will be a busy day for him and the cup of coffee will certainly help getting him started.

The "Italian" Looking A Bit Relaxed

After a short break in Melbourne town, Melita is back “working her pasta off” and continuing to build our business. It’s hard work being a Property Manager, however, very rewarding when you have a client list like Melita has built.

Feeling Thirsty Samantha?

We have a few little gifts under the counter for some of our clients being Christmas and all that, however we’ve just got to make sure we don’t give them “empty bottles” hey Sam.

We’ve actually had a ball in the office this week. Migi and I have had the “Bean Counters” in to tell us that our business has actually got more money coming in than what’s going out and that we are on target for another big year in 2011. Our staff have really “matured” this year and are excited about their future prospects and those of the company. We have to be always on our toes as opposition companies continually target our people with all sorts of incentives to move across to them, however we seem to have something special here that bonds us altogether.

Now believe it or not next Thursday big Trav and I are off up to Moore River to list a river frontage farm for $1.6 million and “El Presidente” Tony Romano has a commercial complex in Kalgoorlie we have been asked to handle.

Anyway, time to go as there is an awful lot of work to do in the next few weeks. So we’ll catch you again next week after another big week in Real Estate.
