“El Presidente” Tony Romano just walked into the office and I called out, “Did ya sell it?”… Either he didn’t hear me or he didn’t want to “spook” the deal, as I know that he was in the office until late last night putting a deal together in Spearwood. Anyway I’m sure we’ll hear that bell ring very soon.

Now Mrs. Files little boy Graham is out on the golf course this morning with a few others including Rocky Balboa and the Great Dane. However, before he was allowed out to play with the “Big Boys” Alana had to see whether or not he quite measured up. I’m sure if Graham plays golf like he plays real estate, he’ll be a bit of a star.
- The Easter break is upon us
Now it’s been Easter eggs all round at De Freitas & Ryan as we edge closer to Good Friday and a well deserved break. Our people are heading off in all directions but poor old Roddy will be at home watching my back. Any way “thems the breaks” as they say, so maybe next Easter it will be my turn to go white water rafting or whatever.
Reputation is everything in this business and we’ve had some wonderful business “walk” in the door this week. Our reputation is growing and the amount of referral work we are receiving is most satisfying. We’re off into the city in a moment to list a superb river view apartment for lease and on the way back we are picking up a small duplex in South Lake.
Young Jason has just written up five new listings on the board and yes it’s been another big week in real estate at De Freitas & Ryan.
I’m back to the blog now after just having our commercial and residential management weekly meetings and gee are we growing. Our staff are achieving great results. Trav just buzzed me to say that one of his property sellers in Success has given up on getting a buyer at the right price, so now it’s over to the rental department to “Strut” their stuff.
