It certainly has been ‘A Big Week in Real Estate’ with some fantastic work being done by our people. The highlight of the week though would have to be yours truly performance in the football tipping with 8 winners taking me to the overall lead of five in front.

Now girls please, I know you need to get your CPD points up but why do you all have to go on the same day? Now straight back to work, no coffee and cake and don’t lecture the lecturer too much.

Mrs. Files little boy, Grahame has had an exceptional week and it’s been hard to wipe the smile off his face. Out doing letter box drops at 6am this young man is a real go getta.

Now with all the success we’ve been having in our commercial division we’ve been rapidly running out of stock. We’ve also had some new business come to fruition his week as a result of owners building to tenant’s requirements some twelve months ago. We really do some wonderful real estate here at De Freitas & Ryan as we continue to build our people and our business.
- Cupboard is bare
Now Jamie’s just walked in the office after leasing a property in East Perth for $850 per week and he’s out listing a beautiful townhouse in North Fremantle for $550 per week.
The Portuguese man or war, Nuno Ouro is back from overseas and boy has he been missed. Well done to Lutfun, Melita, Jamie, Jason and Sam for helping out, you’ve been brilliant. Now we have a new Property Manger starting with us next week so we’ll give you the low down on him once he’s had a chance to settle in.
